St Andrew’s Church, Didling

This simple solitary shepherds church nestles at the foot of the Downs. It dates to the thirteenth century having avoided restoration. There is still no electricity here, with the church being lit solely by candles. For those looking for tranquillity and simplicity, this little church is hard to beat.
